I want to transport the product. Is it possible to transport by car?
Yes, it is possible. It can be disassembled and loaded in the back seat of the car.
What is the appropriate temperature for the Ceragem Master?
The appropriate temperature is in between 45~55℃ .
What is the allowable temperature range for the Ceragem Master?
The temperature range is in between 30~75℃ .
What is the power consumption?
Max 280W for CGM-M3500 , Max 300W for CERAGEM-EK

Should the Ceragem Thermal Massager be used before the meal?
It is recommended to use 30 minutes after the meal at the temperature of 45°c~55°c due to the loss of energy.
What is the allowable weight to use the Ceragem Master?
The customer with the weight of up to 150 kg (330 lb) can use the Ceragem Master.
I would like to convert the voltage from 220V to 110V. How can I do that?
The voltage conversion of the product is not possible.
The customer need to purchase the transformer to convert the voltage.
The capacity of the transformer is 1KW.
How many times a day should I use?
It is recommended to use 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening.
If you are low in energy, try once a day and then increase the frequency of usage.
If you have strong energy, you may use 3 times a day.
Using the product steadily is more important than using it frequently.
